Researching aboriginal art works and artists.

After doing a bit of research myself I found that this artist Jacob Stengle is aboriginal.  I would love it if this kind of inquiry could allow the students to follow such an interest as they discovered it.  The teachers role here is to help expand individual interest but also keep students not too far off the track.  Allowing enough time in a unit for detours is imperative.  Source for photo:
