The process of creating art can help individuals to reduce anxiety and increase self-esteem.

When practised in a group it can also be a good social outlet.

Caroline can provide workshops and weekly classes to individuals or groups with disabilities, mental health issues or provide an outlet for other groups or individuals such as Seniors, school groups and out of school care.   Use NDIS funding to engage with Caroline.

These classes can be drawing or painting based, music, dance or drama based.
